Your mission

Are you a numbers whiz and want to gain practical experience in all areas of the Finance department in a fast-growing SaaS company alongside your studies? 
Do you enjoy working in a small team on diverse tasks such as accounting, reporting, and process development? Then join our Finance Team as a working student (all genders)! 

Your Key Responsibilities:

You will support the Finance Team with a variety of tasks such as:
  • Assist our Senior Accountant in processing incoming invoices
  • Asisst our Financial Controller with the preparation of financial reports and analysis
  • Support the monthly payroll and commission calculation
  • Help optimize and automate our processes and workflows through AI
  • Help reorganize our invoicing structure and automate the underlying invoice processes

Your profile

  • You are currently enrolled in a degree program in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field (completed at least 3 semesters).
  • You bring strong skills in AI applications (Claude and Copilot), Excel, and Power BI, combined with a fast learning curve for new tools.
  • You are reliable and you handle your tasks with great care and consciousness. 
  • You are fluent in English and enjoy working in an international environment.
  • You have a work permit valid for working student positions in Germany.
