We are looking for you as a People & Culture Manager and trusted “Employee Advocate” (f/m/d) who will support our growth, strengthen the "Hase" team spirit, oversee payroll and office management together with a small team, and further professionalize and develop our HR initiatives, in close cooperation with our C-level management.
Your Key Responsibilities

Your Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the point of contact for our teams in Germany, Europe and Canada
- Own and manage all day-to-day HR-related activities and processes, and act as the HR business partner across the organisation
- Further develop and professionalize HR policies, structures and workflows
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process - from creating job ads and pre-selecting candidates to conducting introductory calls and supporting hiring decisions
- Enhance our Employer Value Proposition through various initiatives such as Employer Branding measures, benefit optimization, and structured career development programs
- Drive employee engagement by fostering a culture of trust, accountability and motivation
- Plan and organize team events together with our Office Manager
- Lead and develop your team including the HR Payroll & Admin Manager and the Office Manager
