Your mission
You thrive on interacting with people? You are a versatile and digitally savvy HR Generalist (f/m/d), comfortable with handling various people & culture topics in a small but international company environment

We are looking for you as a People & Culture Manager and trusted “Employee Advocate” (f/m/d) who will support our growth, strengthen the "Hase" team spirit, oversee payroll and office management together with a small team, and further professionalize and develop our HR initiatives, in close cooperation with our C-level management. 


Your Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the point of contact for our teams in Germany, Europe and Canada
  • Own and manage all day-to-day HR-related activities and processes, and act as the HR business partner across the organisation  
  • Further develop and professionalize HR policies, structures and workflows
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process - from creating job ads and pre-selecting candidates to conducting introductory calls and supporting hiring decisions
  • Enhance our Employer Value Proposition through various initiatives such as Employer Branding measures, benefit optimization, and structured career development programs  
  • Drive employee engagement by fostering a culture of trust, accountability and motivation
  • Plan and organize team events together with our Office Manager
  • Lead and develop your team including the HR Payroll & Admin Manager and the Office Manager
Your profile
  • You have a Bachelor's degree with focus on Human Resources Management, or equivalent
  • You bring 5+ years of professional experience in a generalist HR role within a startup or dynamic growth environment
  • You enjoy working independently and take full ownership of your responsibilities
  • You embrace change rather than fearing it – a dynamic environment is what you need to drive continuous improvement 
  • You have a digital mindset and proven experience with the common SaaS-based tools (e.g. Personio, Asana, Travelperk)
  • You are proficient in both English and German and are used to collaborating within an internationally organized team
