Your mission

As a Junior Trainer (f/m/d), you will provide high quality training to our customers' users and enable them to use our software TVT (text verification tool) in a professional and efficient manner. 


Your key responsibilities

• Schedule training sessions and enter data in our CRM system
• Conduct trainings on the use of our TVT software – on-site and online
• Follow-up on training sessions (certificates, training surveys, feedback, etc.)
• Manage our e-learning portal and create content with internal and external stakeholders
• Assist our Product Support with handling tickets and creating Help Center articles

Your profile

• You have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, e.g. in a field such as Languages, Media, Communication, Marketing or Design – other fields are also welcome
• You bring teaching experience (on-site and online) – a trainer certification is a plus but not mandatory
• You are enthusiastic about teaching and working with people, 
  with the ability to present complex topics in a concise and understandable manner
• You have gained some experience in a customer-facing role such as customer service, first level support, or equivalent
• Basic knowledge of graphic design is a plus
• Excellent English and German skills are required for this position; other languages, e.g. French, are advantageous
